Description
All hydraulic cylinders must be fitted with wipers. When the piston rod returns, the dust-proof ring scrapes off the dirt stuck on its surface, protecting the sealing ring and guide sleeve from damage. The double-acting anti-dust ring also has the auxiliary sealing function, and its inner lip scrapes off the oil film adhering to the surface of the piston rod, thereby improving the sealing effect. Dust seals are extremely important to protect critical hydraulic equipment components. Infiltration of dust will not only wear the seals, but also greatly wear the guide sleeve and piston rod. Impurities entering the hydraulic medium will also affect the functions of the operating valves and pumps, and may damage these devices. The dust ring can remove the dust on the surface of the piston rod without damaging the oil film on the piston rod, which is also beneficial to the lubrication of the seal. The wiper is designed not only to fit the piston rod, but also to seal in the groove.
